At Hegganahalli near to the proposed 320 feet IVC Road, Our project will be the PRIDE of this Location, as the project is very close to proposed ITIR SEZ and there are number of Developed Layouts in and around this area, The Layout is at a Distance of 5.7Kms from the International Airport

Cost of Site: Realizing the needs of middle class segment and keeping in mind the prevailing land price and approval process, we are trying to provide the site a very affordable and competitive rate of Rs.750 per sft.

Dimension of site: 30’x40’, 30’x50’ and 40’x60’ are proposed to be formed in the layout.

Payment Detail: The Society is proposed to collect the installments progressively in proportion with the development of the project. The initial payment of payable is Rs. 200/- per sft and the balance in three installments on a 6 months intervals.

Allotment : The allotment of site will be as per seniority based on, timely payment of installments.
